A Veteran is a person who served in the active duty military (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Cost Guard, or Space Force) and who was discharged from service under honorable or conditions other than dishonorable.

PROPERTY TAX EXEMPTION:
The exemption amount depends on the Veteran’s disability rating from the U.S. Veterans’ Administration or the branch of the armed services in which the veteran served.
