I am the Owner and Team Leader of RHI Real Estate, Eluyn Gines, proudly serving the Dallas–Fort Worth area. I work alongside my wife and Managing Partner of RHI, Makenzi Gines and together we have two beautiful girls. I was born in Puerto Rico but relocated to Dallas in 2016 after my retirement from the US Army (more about that on the back). I fell in love with the Dallas Fort Worth area the minute i saw it and knew that one day, it would be home. Since relocating here, I have made it my mission to know all there is to know about what makes this place great, such as the Dallas Cowboys, who are definitely going to win this year. Before I was Eluyn Gines, owner and team leader of RHI Real Estate, I was known as Colonel Eluyn Gines, United States Army Officer. I served 29 honorable years in the military and have been stationed in numerous locations including overseas and here in the United States. During my 29 years of service, I participated in 5 combat deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, Saudi and Kuwait to name a few. One of my hardest but most proud accomplishments would have to be my promotion to Colonel and the time I served as the Commander of Fort Hamilton in Brooklyn New York. During this time, I led Soldiers at every level with integrity and purpose. My service was also recognized with several prestigious medals including the Legion of Merit and the Bronze Star, two of the highest Medals a Soldier can receive for exceptionally meritorious services in combat operations. Although I was on the fast track to become a General, I made a hard decision and retired instead after nearly 3 decades of sacrifice and service. I am proud of my mission, the Soldiers I served alongside, and the legacy of leadership built over a lifetime in uniform. Pretty quickly into my retirement I realized that I was not quite done fighting for people and so RHI Real Estate began. RHI- Respect, Honor, and Integrity, 3 things I had already spent a lifetime living by and knew I needed to stay rooted in. Fighting for others is in my nature, something that I exceed at and am prepared to do all the way until the end. Built on the values of respect, honor, and integrity, RHI is driven by an uncompromising work ethic and a commitment to earning our clients’ trust every day. As a Zillow Preferred Team, we specialize in residential, commercial, luxury, and military relocation services. I am the head of the Veterans department in the Keller Williams Frisco location, I am on the Board of Directors, and I devote extra time to teaching specialized classes to any agents wanting to learn more I have truly built RHI to value trust over transactions and to always be committed to delivering exceptional results and guidance every step of the way. As a devoted Christian, I strive to operate and lead in a Godly manner, with compassion, understanding and humility. After proudly fighting for my country most of life, I am now dedicated to fighting for my clients. My mission is simple; to ensure every client walks away completely happy and feeling like they made a genuine, trusted friend in me along the way.

My name is Makenzi Gines, Managing Partner and Co-Owner of RHI and Wife to Team Leader Eluyn Gines. I was born and raised in Texas and have lived all over the DFW area my whole life. I am a big fan of learning, scrapbooking and Pink! As Managing Partner of RHI, i bring a lifetime of Texas roots, entrepreneurial drive, and a genuine passion for serving people. I don’t just lead a team—I stay actively involved in every transaction to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service and results. I oversee the day-to-day operations of RHI, guiding strategy, supporting our agents, and making sure every move we make reflects the standards we stand for: Respect, Honor, and Integrity. As a mom of two daughters and a wife of a retired Army Colonel- who proudly leads our RHI Team- family, loyalty, and commitment are at the heart of everything i do. Before joining the real estate world, i built and operated a successful cleaning company from the ground up. That experience taught me the true meaning of leadership, attention to detail, hard work under pressure and what it takes to provide exceptional service. Those same values guide the way i advocate for every person i work with. I strive to serve everyone in a Christian manner, leading with integrity, humility, and compassion. As a faithful follower of Christ, my goal is to reflect those principles in the way i work, care and communicate with the people i am blessed to serve.
