My name is Makenzi Gines, Managing Partner and Co-Owner of RHI and Wife to Team Leader Eluyn Gines. I was born and raised in Texas and have lived all over the DFW area my whole life. I am a big fan of learning, scrapbooking and Pink! As Managing Partner of RHI, i bring a lifetime of Texas roots, entrepreneurial drive, and a genuine passion for serving people. I don’t just lead a team—I stay actively involved in every transaction to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service and results. I oversee the day-to-day operations of RHI, guiding strategy, supporting our agents, and making sure every move we make reflects the standards we stand for: Respect, Honor, and Integrity. As a mom of two daughters and a wife of a retired Army Colonel- who proudly leads our RHI Team- family, loyalty, and commitment are at the heart of everything i do.

Before joining the real estate world, i built and operated a successful cleaning company from the ground up. That experience taught me the true meaning of leadership, attention to detail, hard work under pressure and what it takes to provide exceptional service. Those same values guide the way i advocate for every person i work with. I strive to serve everyone in a Christian manner, leading with integrity, humility, and compassion. As a faithful follower of Christ, my goal is to reflect those principles in the way i work, care and communicate with the people i am blessed to serve.
